OrangeBox UMSRMP is a tool of OrangeBox as an Institution to support transformational changes in an organization. It is to uncover and standardize the applied-practices, standards and methodologies that produced groundbreaking results at one time but eventually became eroded or stalled to be carried out over time. They are to be propped up with evidence from outside the world as well as from the internal past, and pursued to re-apply in the long-term.

It is to preserve and value the changed initiatives that bump up against the mainstream culture and/or certain challenges and eventually stall.

Gradually eroding goals and declining growth : Hard to see : Danger!

Be aware of it with OrangeBox UMSRMP
Identify the reinforcing processes and standards being eroded underlying the growth
What is getting better and what is the action of activity leading to improvement? Identifying these reinforcing processes and keep tracking of them to see if they are eroded over time are crucial steps prior to or in the transformational changing processes.

Urgent problems requiring immediate attention can prevent to see these slow and gradual processes of change that lead to erode the standards. OrangeBox UMSRMP will help to maintain to stay tuned. This will open a tunnel to maintain a continuous process improvement in the long-term.

Pay close attention to the new approaches that are incompatible with the culture and subject to regression
Michael had transferred from a big company in the market place. He resolved some certain issues in the problematic areas when he joined here. Because he's got the skills to resolve this kind of issues from his early career in his previous company. He successfully pursued applying the right solutions. However, time after time, the mainstream culture has become a challenge to pursue applying these solutions. Michael has bumped up against the mainstream culture and he got tired of moving on in this direction and pursuing to apply the solution. Because of no feedback he was receiving back. Finally, he gave up.

Later, the company realizes that the practice in question is being deployed by other competitors successfully bringing in positive feedbacks. Then, the company starts following the competitors at this field. However, Michael had been standing just right there to get the issue resolved. The opportunity for being the first in the marketplace has long gone. Change became enforced, rather than facilitator.

As can be seen in the illustration, in Company A there is an incrementing trend in results for the matter of subject, whereas there is a declining trend in Company B. Then, the expert is being transferred from Company A to Company B. He finally turns things around and gets the trend incrementing in Company B. However, the mainstream culture prevents to pursue applying the changed initiatives. At this point, OrangeBox UMSRMP will step in and ensure the changed values are not out of track by pulling the attentions.

Graft the new practices onto the old culture by measuring continuously
No one has time to do that! That's why OrangeBox UMSRMP
Continuously being in the state of practicing of learning
OrangeBox UMSRMP is also to assimilate new discipline and practices for crafting strategy. Why miss out an opportunity! Value the practices that could bring groundbreaking results. However, leadership or managements have usually no sufficient time to follow this through. There needs to be an eye programmed to monitor and pull valuable insights out of functions and people.

Being unable to pull diverse functions and talents into a productive whole: Not acceptable in a fast moving-world!
A lot of people carry specific values in the sense of meaningfulness of the experience through being part of a great team or organizational culture obtained in the past. However, they rarely find a chance to re-practice these values in a new culture. Even if they do, the practiced value may bump up against the mainstream culture and stall. Change is difficult. This sort of values need to be revealed and embedded in the culture. To do that, their effectiveness need to be watched in a consistent manner.
Obtain evidence to explain why a new practice should be sinked in the culture with OrangeBox UMSRMP. Tap the potential of functions and people with this new understanding.
Different organizations have different cultures. Different organizational cultures have different values. If your organization could identify these core values that different people represent in numerous ways and transition them, then it is easier to formulate and sink them into your own culture.
